    Function offsetMinutesToZoneName

    • Returns a "zone name" (used by luxon) that encodes the given offset.

      Parameters

      • offsetMinutes: Maybe<number>

        The timezone offset in minutes from UTC

      Returns Maybe<string>

      The zone name (e.g., "UTC", "UTC+8", "UTC-5:30") or undefined if invalid
